Diverse ma accomunate da contenuti formali similari, si fanno notare per il voluto contrasto tra i due lati: a nord la facciata solida, compatta e rigorosa, sul fronte mare, invece, linee più dinamiche grazie all’armoniosa articolazione delle terrazze a cui si aggiungono la luminosa trasparenza delle ampie vetrate e i suggestivi chiaroscuri creati dall’ombra delle logge.
